Overview:
Okay, maybe a diet of daily burger intake is not recommended by most doctors. Everyone has their favorite burger place in Chicago, and there seems to be more competition every week. This place however should be on your radar and is my go to burger place when I’m in the mood. First off, the burgers are always perfectly cooked, juicy, hand formed giant patties of love nested in-between a delicious pretzel roll bun. Toppings are adventurous. One of my favorites is The Bootlegger (kimchi, bacon and a fried egg) and the Fat Elvis (bacon, caramelized banana and peanut butter.) What, too strange for you? They let you construct your own, so if you're a burger purist have no fear you can just have a burger w/ cheese and no one will question you.
I'd be remiss to not mentioned the great fries and mac n' cheese. Apps are good too; try the Thai mussels or for the "cough, cough" health conscious the cheese fries w/ chorizo. Both are fantastic.
Special Dishes:
Fat Elvis, The Bootlegger
