Well maybe it's not a secret anymore: Giuseppe Tentori is a genius. In case the Michelin star didn't clue you in, we're here to vouch. Who else could take licorice, pickled celery root and barbeque sauce, and make us order seconds? Somehow it all works - incredibly well - when Giuseppe puts it all together on a pork belly. And you thought that play across the street at Steppenwolf was the hottest ticket in town.
