Overview:

I had the pressed green apple juice that was made to order and then I had the french toast with macerated cherries and pink peppercorns with a side of lime-zested whipped cream and fresh fruit. The juice tasted like I was drinking an apple...no additives. THe BEST juice I've ever had. The french toast was simply amazing-fluffy, light, tart with the macirated cherries and the pink peppercorns(which are actually a berry, I learned) gave it a little peppery kick. I was very pleased with the decor as it was creative and simple. The service was great and you could tell the wait staff loved their jobs because they always had a smile on their faces and knew the menu well. Our waitress said that she gets to taste test things as the chefs test them out. You could tell she liked that part of her job. We also got amuse bouche of an orange/almond biscotti with an apricot jam...needless to say, I took a bunch home for later. YUMMY!
