Overview:

FoodMafia was sweet enough to treat me and my guest to a great Restaurant Week dinner at Japonais. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the sleek lounge before being seated at dinner. Our service was great, our table comfortable, and we were well satisfied.

Definitely will go back for more! LOVED the Rock, a fabulous fun hot appetizer.

Overview:

I always bring Chicago visitors to Japonais. The vibe is great and the food is amazing. You have to try the appetizer, The Rock. It's raw Kobe beef strips that you cook on a hot rock. Japonais is all about the experience. It's a great date place, fun for a girl's night or dinner with friends. Whoever you choose to bring, one thing is certain, you're going to have a good meal.
