"Unagi and Laughing Cow cheese?"

Overview:

It sounds kind of nasty but it was really good! Macku Sushi had a very interesting menu with a lot of unique combinations that I have not seen before. It is definitely focused on the fish and pieces, rolls really aren't their speciality but they do have some on the menu.

The space is small with simple decor. If you are looking for the more americanized sushi with Godzilla type roles, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are in to the more traditional sushi with some really unique flavor combinations, be sure to check it out!

Overview:

This sushi restaurant truly delivers some inspired sushi which will leave you craving some of their pieces for days. The sushi is not your standard fare and there signature nigiri pieces include such things as a banana wasabi pure' which is out of this world good!

Note: You have to phone for reservations, they do not have an on line option.

Recommended Dishes:

White asparagus soup, SHIRO MAGURO white tuna, banana wasabi purée, HIRAME Flounder, foie gras, ohba, spicy ponzu and COD panko black cod, shrimp, slivered almonds, baby bok choy, seasonal berries, chocolate miso.
