I was pleasantly surprised to find some great small plates at my go-to Champagne hangout. Cold plates include: Oysters, Rabbit Rillette, Wild Boar and Duck Paté, Foie Gras Torchon, and Caviar. Hot Plates: Crispy Pork, Wagyu Tri Tip, Crispy Chicken Thigh, and Duck Confit. If you stop in for dessert and after-dinner drinks, the Bread Pudding and Chocolate Ganache Cake are fantastic with a glass of bubbly.
