Overview:
This was my first visit with new chef Lents, and I was utterly impressed. We opted for the grand tasting menu, and it was a great decision. Lents subtly reminds me of Keller at Per Se, but with his own flare. Hearty yet beautiful. Not fussy, for fussiness sake. The service was outstanding, never even had to think about it. The only negative I'll give is that with a room this beautiful, you can't just throw brown table clothes on a table and have that be it. Seemed odd. Regardless of the tables, I will be back for this insane food!
