Overview:

Me, my boyfriend, and some of his friends who were in from out of town went to Yolk as we had heard good things. We ordered Crepes Suzette, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, a fruit plate and an omelet. We all shared and let me tell you, the pancakes were plate sized. The Crepes were delicate and sweet with just the right amount of sauce...it wasn't smothered. They had ripe fruit on the fruit plate, which is a lot to ask for when its not in season. Everything was delicious and there were no complaints. Te server was kind and funny. Had to wait in line for a bit which is always a good sign for a restaurant. Cheap eats for the amount of food you get.

You know you are getting a lot of food when you place your order and the waiter says "have you been here before?" It was a lot of food but it was great! Crepes, pancakes, all of it was good. I especially love how much avocado they give you, they do not hold back.

Overview:

Yolk is one of my favorites for breakfast or lunch. It is set up like an old diner and is very open and welcoming. The food is DELICIOUS! Only open for breakfast and lunch. Don's miss the fresh squeezed juice (I am a fan of the strawberry-orange), any of the omelettes, pancakes or the cinnamon roll french toast.
If you are looking for a good salad, the southwestern salad or the citrus blast are fan favorites.
If you are more of a sandwich person, the corned beef reuben, balsamic wrap or the buffalo chicken wrap are excellent.
LOVE YOLK!!!
